My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners' business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.
Our client is a staffing solutions company specializing in contract or on-hire staff throughout most of Australia. They provide services to a diverse variety of industries including healthcare, industrial, horticulture, as well as security and mining.
They are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work full-time and handle end to end recruitment.
End to End Recruitment for temporary and permanent vacancies through various means, including Seek Talent Search, Database Searching and other means as required
Conduct interviews with candidates in person or via video
Collect references and qualifications to ensure work suitability
Generating leads about activity in the market
Providing post-placement support for candidates and ensuring compliance across occupational Health and Safety systems and standards
Relevant Tools: MS Office Suite, Seek.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, MyInterview ( )
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment for overseas clients
Results-driven mindset and strong customer service skills across multiple mediums
Previous recruitment experience within a Business Support, Technical, Engineering or Professional environment would be highly regarded
Strong communication, planning and coordination skills
Proven administration assistant experience
Good written English skills
Excellent safety awareness and adherence to processes and procedures
Ability to work well under pressure and think outside of the square
Work From Home Requirements:
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
