We are looking for a talented Recruiting coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. As a recruiting coordinator, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
Support the recruitment/hiring process by assisting in candidate interview schedule, assist client interview, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing and follow up employment contracts etc.
You will be responsible for attracting candidates, scheduling, facilitating interviews and managing the hiring paperwork
Schedule meetings, interviews, events etc. and maintain the team's agenda
Liaise with other departments for candidate onboarding and document submission.
Prepare and post job adverts for sourcing channels/ATS
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Support other functions as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years minimum experience in Recruitment field.
Ability to work in U.S. Timezone (both mid shift and night shift)
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required
