RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Your Role:
Search for new business chances using phone calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
Aim for at least 100 phone chats daily with possible business customers.
Successfully close 2 to 3 deals every month, using our tech and support teams.
Build lasting relationships with our clients, learn what they need, and make sure they're happy.
Team up with our sales and marketing folks to make our approach even better.
Always know the latest happenings in the tech world and what our competitors are up to.
Skills and Experience Needed:
At least 3 years of experience in calling and online outreach, mainly selling tech services to other businesses.
A history of regularly meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Top-notch talking and people skills.
Can work well both solo and with a team.
Great at organizing tasks and managing time.
Pays attention to the small things and is good at taking notes.
