The client is a boutique recruitment agency that caters to Sydney, Queensland, & Melbourne with the goal of changing the way people do recruitment. They specialize in recruiting for the Automotive industry but also work in Retail, Construction, Administration, and Corporate. The company is backed by a decade of industry experience and is well-connected within the circles of Automotive.

The company is in the best position to grow. With the number of connections in the Automotive industry, their list of clients is increasing and so is their list of requisitions. They now need an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running.
Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in charge of building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job requisitions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with new and existing clients, all the while adhering to the companys standard metrics and KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and excellent market familiarity in several job verticals and work closely with the Senior management.
Job Description:
-Understand job requisitions/orders through calibrations and/or provided job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
-Screen potential candidates through job portals, available database, social media, and other reliable channels.
-Job writing and job posting on various channels (Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, etc).
-Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical capabilities, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
-Build strong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result to a highly responsive network.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
-Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
-Constant coordination regarding any updates in application status or new compatible job orders.
-Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.
-Utilization of Job Adder, formatting CVs for submission, and general administrative maintenance for recruitment operations
-Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
-Minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals.
-Experience in various verticals is heavily preferred.
-Excellent written and spoken business English communication skills.
-Previous experience in recruiting for the Automotive Industry would be an absolute advantage but is not a pre-requisite
-Comes with a hunters mindset - does not rely solely on ads for a healthy candidate pipeline
-Strong business acumen - should have the propensity to elevate the value of the role for the company as a whole and for the individual
-Highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team.
-Experience using job boards (e.g., Monster, Glassdoor, Indeed, and the likes)
-Knowledge in sourcing candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter is a must.
-Excellent ability to sell the role to the candidates and present the candidates to the clients.
-Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
-Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Must have a very strong sense of ownership, and can fluently work with a team.
