We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our BPO
team. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end
recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for
various roles in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs and develop
recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles in the BPO
industry.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies,
sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media,
referrals, etc.), screening resumes, conducting interviews, and shortlisting
candidates.
Conduct preliminary and final interviews with candidates and provide feedback to
hiring managers on the suitability of the candidate for the role.
Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with successful candidates.
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles in the BPO
industry.
Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partnerships to ensure
a continuous flow of candidates.
Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective
recruitment strategies are in place.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
