Sydney based Recruitment Solutions company is seeking a Recruitment Consultant skilled in 360 Recruiting
Role Objective:
To maximize fee performance by effectively managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
To maintain and establish new and existing client relationships while identifying and providing temporary/permanent recruitment.
To Increase office profit by reaching individual and business goals
Position Description:

Financial Performance
Meet individual fee targets as determined by Evolve

Business Development
With Manager, establish an effective sales plan, including target clients
Identify business development opportunities, both reactive and proactive
Use Fasttrack effectively to plan business development activity
Source, follow up and pass on all leads to colleagues on a timely basis
Utilise appropriate marketing resources to support effective business development
Demonstrate excellent relationship building, sales and service skills
Represent Evolve and self professionally in all dealings with existing and potential clients
Meet all marketing call and client meeting targets and achieve planned outcomes - KPI targets provided separately
Job Management and Client Management
Ascertain client needs and present the most appropriate solution through expert, specialist advice and recommendations
Proactively manage and develop strong relationships with key clients, including client visits and ongoing client care
Ensure Terms of Business have been presented and agreed with client
Write and post relevant job advertisements
Facilitate the end to end recruitment process as per Evolve permanent and temporary recruitment procedures.
Escalate any client disputes and effectively resolve with Manager
As required, negotiate employment contracts with client and candidate
Candidate Management
Use FastTrack effectively to source candidates
Identify and utilise a broad range of candidate attraction strategies, including websites and candidate mailers
Effectively pre-register candidates to determine suitability and assess and validate candidate skills through interviewing, in-house testing and reference checking
Use Fasttrack effectively to manage candidate information accurately and in a timely manner
Manage candidate expectations and advise the candidate accurately on the market, salaries and conditions
Establish action plans and proactively market the candidate to suitable client organisations
Represent candidates effectively to clients whether by phone, face-to-face, via resume or by shortlist report
Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding roles
Maintain contact with active candidates looking for a new role
Represent Evolve and self professionally in all dealings with candidates including over the phone, face to face, in writing and in advertising
Escalate any candidate issues or disputes to Manager
Service Delivery & Critical Processes
Ensure adherence to Evolve policies, procedures, recruitment methodology and service delivery standards
Ensure adherence to all current legislative requirements, including but not limited to, Privacy, Anti - discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Immigration and Health and Safety (H&S)
Work continuously to uphold and improve the quality of service provided to both internal and external customers
Identify and escalate areas for improvement in the service we provide
Quality Compliance
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of Fasttrack and system integrity responsibilities
Maximise use of Fasttrack as a primary business development, candidate generation and client and candidate management tool and utilise functions, codes and searches effectively
Document all business activity including client, candidate and job information accurately and in a timely manner: on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, as needed
Provide careful and correct calculation of rates for clients
Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining data integrity
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
Immediately report any injuries, incidents, hazards or near misses to management, the First Aid Officer or the H&S team
Keep work areas tidy and free of obstructions or hazards
Follow all reasonable instructions from Manager in relation to H&S
For all temporary placements, ensure H&S of candidates on client sites by following H&S Critical Processes
Work with the Return to Work Coordinator to ensure an early return to work for any injured employees
