JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
 
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
At least with 4 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment process
Knowledgeable in different job portals
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Persistent, flexible, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
With strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office working tools with capability to do precise report
Able to work effectively in diverse team
Can work under extreme pressure
Preferably a resident of Cainta Rizal or nearby areas
Can start immediately
