Position: Recruitment Associate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to determine manpower needs
Create and publish job advertisements in various portals
Source and screen job applicants
Conduct phone and face to face interviews
Administer pre-employment exams
Extend job offer
Prepare onboarding of new hires
Responsible for collecting and safekeeping of new hires' employment requirements
Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology or Business related course
At least 1-year experience in HR recruitment tasks
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Highly analytical and organized with keen attention to detail
Highly proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
