Manages screening and Hiring Process
Formulates Job advertisement in varied Media & Job Portals
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Review applications and screen candidates through phone and personal interviews
Analyze job requirements and initiates a Unique way of Sourcing for pool
Brief the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Competencies, Skills, and Personality Required·      
Assertive and has Initiative in Searching Pool of Candidates·      
Resourceful in maximizing Job Portals available in the Internet,
Reaching out for Referrals·
