RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE
 
Role: Recruitment Associate
 
Reports to the Recruitment Manager
 
Responsibilities:
Actively participating in day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedure.
Developing innovative sourcing strategies, meeting service goals, and providing exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients.
Demonstrating proficiency in sourcing techniques including cold calling, networking, research, database management, Internet.
Interviewing and screening candidates.
Reviewing Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures and recommending updates where necessary.
Implementing Recruitment, Selection, and Placement enhancements where needed.
Recommending Recruiting Strategies to increase people.
Conceptualizing the sourcing plan to provide internal customers with additional qualitative headcount.
Researching selection tool to target needed skills.
Ensuring proper implementation of the selection process.
Performing other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Our requirements:
At least 1 year of solid experience in recruitment, selection, headhunting, full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and screening in BPO industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to hire agents with skills for both Customer Service and Sales.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Demonstrated various interviewing techniques.
High sense of ownership, customer orientation, and adaptive to change.
Developed organization skills and creativeness.
Orientation to result and multitasking.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Flexible with the schedule.

Our clients need to free up time and increase their productivity with the help of awesome teams based in the Philippines. They are located in Australia, the United States, and Europe, but our night shift Digital Marketing Assistants will be working closely with US-based clients.
