Job Responsibilities:
Source active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet hiring needs.
Post job ads through different recruitment channels.
Ensure the company's presence is highlighted by posting creative and compelling job campaigns.
Conducts initial and behavioral interviews.
Endorses qualified candidates to clients and assists on the next hiring process.
Provides timely feedback to candidates. Answers inquiries, follow ups, concerns of candidates.
Maintain candidate records and document all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Submits individual daily report on performance.
Meets key performance indicators
Collaborates with client POCs in identifying the details of the requisition, the qualifications and job description
Perform other duties when necessary.
Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year course or has relevant experience
Preferably with 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
If shifter, must have experience in sales / marketing.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong command of the English language both oral and written
Candidates must be customer-oriented, highly organized, and detail oriented
Candidates must be highly flexible to increasing/changing demands
Candidates must be proactive with good problem-solving skills
Candidates should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Amenable to work on holidays and on weekends if necessary
Must have at least 10mbps of internet service
Must have own laptop/desktop (will be given asset upon regularization)
