Recruitment Associate (US)
Recruitment Associate is responsible to present the career opportunities of Afni, ensuring the fulfillment of recruitment ramps, sourcing candidates through various hiring channels can create plans or strategies to ensure hiring channels will meet the goals. Ability to conceptualize events and activities that will spark the interest of job seekers and professionals. A problem-solver, persistent, and avid goal setter. A person who can provide valuable experience and knowledge about Afni.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This position will use in-depth experience and expertise of research, marketing, sourcing, and project management to support Non-agent and Agent hiring.
The incumbent will implement, and manage internal and external staffing resources to build; enhance, and maintain the company's position in the professional services marketplace and to support new and ongoing service engagements.
The incumbent will also be responsible for assessing; executing and maintaining budget resources to produce best of breed strategies; tools and results.
Advanced knowledge of marketing, manpower sourcing, and project management strategies; methods and practices is required.
The incumbent will perform a challenging range of complex activities including consultation; research; assessment and tactical implementation to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with departmental and organizational goals.
Proven ability to effectively produce results with multi-functional workgroups is critical.
Open to perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Willing to work on the graveyard shift
Must be willing to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City
At least 6 months experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
With a demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).
Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Problem solver.
Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment.
Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office.
Strong command of English both oral and written.
Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements.
Team Player.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
