RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source and attract applicants.
Design and implement hiring and recruitment strategies.
Organize and participate in screening procedures such as resume search, examinations, interview, and background check.
Communicate outcome of applicant screening process and facilitate job offers to successful applicants.
Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports, and process improvement if necessary.
Utilize the most effective channels such as social media, newspapers and seminars to reach potential candidates.
Schedule face to face interviews as necessary based on immediate needs.
Ensure all records are fully updated in our recruitment data base.
Maintain a steady supply of candidates for possible deployment within the group.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (4-year course) in Psychology, Management, or any other related field.
6 months to 1 year experience in the recruitment function.
Proficient in computer applications.
Working knowledge of various social media channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in Canva is a plus.
Willing to work on-site (Pasay City)
