We're searching for a Recruitment Assistant on a temporary 6 month contract to provide support to our Recruitment Team and be the face of our front desk reception to ensure a pleasant experience for all potential candidates.
As Recruitment Assistant, You Will...
Welcome scheduled and walk-in applicants
Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process
Schedule interviews
Coordinate and administer pre-employment tests
Manage pre-employment background checks and medical exams
Assemble new hire packages and assist in orientations
Input employee data and maintain employee files
Requirements:
As Recruitment Assistant, You Have...
1 - 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
HR experience (considered an asset)
Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion to learn new things and adapt to change
The ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
