What you can expect:
As part of the talent acquisition team , you will be working hand-in-hand with the HR Business Partner in closing all the vacancies as much and as fast as possible.
We will ask you to assist in effectively screening applicant traffic on our job boards and make sure that they have the necessary skills and behavior that we are looking for.
You can also expect that you will assist in reminding candidates of their scheduled interviews, pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
With practice, we will have you conduct interviews for quicker candidate processing.

Additional Information:
The hired candidate must be willing to work onsite in Makati at least 3 times a week.
Experience in recruitment is a plus but the position is open to a fresh graduate
