Description
Position Purpose:
The Recruitment Assistant will oversee administrative tasks like applicant tracking, Employee ID generation, agent tool profiles, etc. They will also ensure that all hires will comply with their pre - employment requirements and will be able to start on their given start date.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Pre-screen applicants on minimum qualifications prior to endorsing for interview/exam
· Create Employee ID, agent corporate tool access
· Update Applicant Tracker, Hires tracker and other trackers essential in the recruitment process
· Collection of pre-employment requirements
Schedule applicants for interview/processing
Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
· Preferably with 6 months experience in volume hiring in a BPO setting.
· With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
· Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers)
· Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands
· Analytical and detail oriented
· Problem solver
· Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment
· Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office
· Strong command of English both oral and written
· Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements
· Team Player. Flexible and adaptable to change
