Job Description
• Design and implement a recruitment strategy
• Receives manpower requisition form.
• Conducts behavioral interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and filter candidates for open position.
• Endorses qualified applicants, schedules and coordinates interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
• Conduct background checking to ensure that the candidate has no pending issues that may affect the job.
• Extend verbal job offers of employment within company procedures.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports
• Perform other work related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Behavioral Science
- With knowledge in conducting behavioral competency interviews and rolling out sourcing initiatives
- Good command of the English language
- Possess initiative and self-direction
