Recruit Shop has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Recruitment Assistant on a full-time basis . This offshore role will see you support our team in Australia so requires you to work Australian-based hours. You will be based alongside our other support team members in The Penbrothers International Offices, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan 1 Tower, United Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Working as a key member of the team, you will be supporting a team of Recruitment Specialists with a range of administrative tasks to assist with finding the best candidates for our clients. Some of your major responsibilities will include: Working closely with our recruitment consultants to provide a range of administration support; Complete daily tasks as scheduled in our customer relationship management system; Reading candidate responses and assessing them for their suitability against our client's criteria; Confirming and checking the candidate's commute time to the job location using Google Maps; Conducting targeted candidate searches through online databases, Seek talent search and Linkedin; Create compelling job advertisements and posting them to various channels Following up with candidates for further information via phone and email Assisting with lead generation in our CRM system About You We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
