RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist with company's sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and background investigation methods
-Schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates, administer hiring paperwork, verification of education, employment, and identification
-Use of applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to enter, track, and report information
-Assess staffing needs and provide resource recommendations
-Develop innovative sourcing initiatives to build solid pipeline of qualified candidates/collaborate with Recruitment Marketing
REQUIREMENTS
-2+ years' experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing & hiring in Talent Acquisition or related HR role.
-Bachelor's Degree
-Must be able to prioritize multiple high-level recruitment needs
-Tenacity and ability to drive urgency and hold others accountable in the hiring process
-Ability to build rapport and maintain strong business relationships using telephone, email, text, social media
