Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage high volume hiring of job openings at various levels & lines of businesses
Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions & act as Relationship Manager with assigned LOBs
Source for qualified candidates through agreed and new recruiting channels as is fit per assigned positions
Conduct interviews with candidates to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select from
Provide regular progress updates to Hiring Managers throughout the process, drive recruitment process, and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner
Extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates by selling both the firm and the position
Monitor candidate flow through the pre-employment process and provide updates to the Hiring Managers and candidates in a timely manner
Lead, participate, sponsor recruiting-related projects
Qualficications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferred
2-4 years' experience in managing end to end recruitment process of staff and management role and/or 3 years' experience in similar fast paced multinational industries
Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
Ability to effectively manage multiple requirements, projects and priorities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization, as well as with external candidates
Ability to tap various sourcing channels
Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
IJP Qualifications:

TENURE: At least 12 months in current job and process.
PERFORMANCE: Meeting satisfactory performance standards as defined by the firm
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Outside the Prescriptive Period for a Suspension case at the time of the application
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Not in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or within the cleansing period
