Job Responsibilities:
I. Researcher
Work with the Senior Consultant with the following weekly schedule:
1. Research on specific Job Boards for new Companies advertising and research relevant Contacts
2. Research specific Target Companies and their Hiring Contacts
3. Check Online Media for New Potential Companies and their Contacts mentioned
4. Check Recent Applicants' CVs employers and their Hiring Contacts
5. Check online Database for New Companies and their Contacts
6. Work thru Business Cards' Contacts and Upload Contacts, Companies, Titles, Emails, Phone Numbers
7. Work through any other trained channels of Companies and their Contacts
8. Data collection and entry
II. Phone Support
Your responsibilities are to assist the Senior Consultant in:
1. Applying different Sourcing Channels to have new Candidates in your discipline to screen every day
2. Call, screen, and get to know prospective Candidates
3. Creating a Profile on System (Name, Number, Title, Specializations), attach notes, and CV, update Stage in Job Process
4. Matching Candidates with regular incoming jobs from Companies
5. Arranging Interviews between suitable and interested Candidates and the Companies
6. Preparing Candidates for Interviews by briefing them on the company and interviewer
7. Debriefing candidates after interviews, and arrange next steps
8. Manage Offers and Placement of Candidates
9. Follow up during onboarding and probation to help and support the Candidate into the job
Requirements
Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (preferred)
1-2 years of working experience in Research, Sourcing, Data Entry, and Lead Generation (Preferred)
Self-motivation and excellent time management skills
Action-oriented demonstrates enthusiasm, understands the search process; asks questions to understand, and is proactive in finding talent solutions
Good communication skills
Proficient in the English language
Minimum professional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin/Putonghua (Preferred)

Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, Flexible Morning/Day Shift
Guaranteed Based Pay per month: P10,000-P20,000 plus a bonus for every result (Potential monthly earnings: P30,000-P45,000)
This position can eventually convert into a higher-paid managerial role as we grow and succeed together
