We're seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to join our very busy APAC team. In this role you will oversee a team that is responsible for high-volume recruiting of contact center agents, roles in support of those client operations, and those that support both regional and global corporate functions like IT. You may be called upon to "headhunt" talent and manage searches for Manager level needs. In addition, you'll need experience training, coaching, and developing recruiter skills to meet these staffing needs. You should have solid experience with process improvement and enforcement. You'll need great communication skills, high energy, the ability to multi-task, tolerance to work in a fast-changing and growing start up environment, and good software utilization and understanding- SAP Successfactors preferred.
You'll spend a lot of time interacting with other global teams and reporting into US (corporate location) leadership.
Position Description
Implements and manages recruitment processes and employment programs. Ensures recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs. Develops the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels and methods. Maintains good relationships with external recruitment vendors. Maintains good communication with Recruitment Marketing Manager and provides feedback regarding success of lead generation efforts. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Skills Required
bility to contribute and lead others (typically small to mid-sized teams 5+) conducting full-cycle recruiting, enforcement of Employment Law and HR process compliance, collaborates with workforce planning, operations and client leadership, Grows Talent Pipeline, oversees excellence in service delivery and candidate experience, proficiency with ATS (SAP preferred) and related hiring and onboarding tools.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree. Typically requires 5 years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), SHRM or HRCi certifications desirable.
