As a Recruiting Coordinator at Insight, you'll support a very tenured dynamic recruiting team by handling a lot of the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with hiring great talent to Insight. Your will role entails partnering with the Recruiters to ensure that all new teammates that are coming on board have a great experience. Your day won't ever look the same, with a variety of tasks and special projects as needed.
What you'll do at Insight
Support a fast-paced, high volume recruiting team
Administer references and ensure successful completion of pre-employment requirements and background screenings
Work with Recruitment Manager in auditing of trackers and applicant tracking system
Initiates onboarding of new hires in the system
Send reports to stakeholders
Ad Hoc tasks / Handle special projects, as needed
What you'll need to join Insight
1-2 years of experience providing administrative support to a team of people
Open to Fresh Graduates!
Experience in reporting/analytics and Applicant Tracking Systems
Bachelors Degree (BS Psychology or Human Resources-related course)
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Strong MS office skills
