Position Overview
The Recruiting Associate is responsible to ensure compliance to all facets of the recruiting process for the designated site. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting strategies by utilizing traditional methods and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve recruiting goals and targets Evaluates candidate profile against the basic qualifications Administers online assessment (Evolv) to applicants and should be able to address questions related to the exam Conducts initial screening and in-depth language interview Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications per program Explains the pre-employment requirements/checklist to new hires Uploads candidate information and update recruiting system tools Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need Works effectively with internal and external clients Interacts with applicants and is responsible for providing an excellent applicant experience every single time Performs other tasks as determined by superiors (e.g. call-outs, invites, recruiting and sourcing activities, admin tasks, etc.). Rotates across different recruiting functions due to need, to maintain a robust backup system, as part of a business continuity processQualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year course in any field. Must have at least 6 months experience in handling end to end process for program recruiting in a BPO/Call Center environment At least One (1) year relevant experience Must be able to work well with all levels of organization Excellent English communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) Flexible in terms of work hours, open to shifting schedules, extended work hours and working on holidays and weekends A team player and can multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements
Frequent: Bending/stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, repetitive motions, sitting, standing, walking. Occasional: Kneeling, pushing/pulling.Company Overview
