Staffing Venture Capital is seeking a Recruiting & Account Manager to build a team, drive strategic talent initiatives and provide leadership in the areas of talent planning and acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management. The Recruiting & Account Manager is primarily responsible for constructing the strategies and continually improving the team's ability to identify, recruit and place professional talent in the healthcare industry. This role requires a team builder, creative thinker, strong communicator, and problem solver. With a proven track record of success in the staffing and or executive search business.
Responsibilities:
Help build a dynamic and effective recruitment team comprised of sourcers and recruiters.
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, processes, and policies to achieve company objectives.
Evaluate and manage the recruiting functions and maintain a high standard of effectiveness and performance to fill open orders to exceed proforma.
Develop, implement and manage to recruit metrics to measure individual, team, and organizational productivity and ROI.
Continually work towards improving the productivity of the team through constant training and mentoring. Create a winning fun paced high producing team environment
Constantly develop internal recruiting strategy by staying abreast of new trends in the industry
Recruit top recruiters in the Philippines reaching the goal of 60 headcount
