As a proactive, ambitious, and creative Recruiter, you will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team reporting directly into supervisor. In this role, as a Recruiter with Western Union, you will be responsible for: the end-to-end recruitment of staff & sales roles within Latin America (both internal and external talent candidates). Managing the recruiting and hiring process with high-volume positions and other roles as required, as well as managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) recruitment software, Workday, and meticulously handle job offers for potential employees. Becoming an SME within your area and keep up to date with the current markets to influence and advise stakeholders. Ensuring best in class candidate and hiring manager experience, while leading the way with innovative recruitment solutions and implementation of recruitment practices
Working closely with the business to understand their needs, working alongside them to create efficient processes and minimize time to hire. Having active participation in on-site committees and external talent forums. Having strategic involvement in job fairs. For this role, you'll need experience in the recruitment industry, ideally in a multinational corporation, with local market knowledge in financial services. You will have significant experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to work autonomously and use your initiative through a remote reporting structure. The ability to introduce new sourcing methods to achieve results is critical, as is a delivery-focused attitude towards defined recruiting and talent acquisition KPIs.
For this role, you should have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent studies or currently enrolled in a similar program. Advanced Spanish, English and Portuguese language proficiency. 4+ years' experience working in a multinational environment with end-to-end recruitment process - including proactive headhunting. Broad ATS experience, such as in Workday recruitment. Experience in recruiting on social platforms and performing Boolean searches, advanced Excel knowledge and delivery focused and comfortable working towards KPIs. The ability to introduce new sourcing methods to achieve results. Strong experience in stakeholder communication and effective negotiation skills. A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to multitask and work proactively and independently.
