About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter specializing in software engineering. You will be managing the full-cycle recruiting process - attraction, search, selection and engagement of software engineers in Australia.

What's expected of you
Hire of 1 -2 placements per month;
Source candidates across all available channels, including JobAdder, JobAdder folders, SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn, Google X-ray;
Draf and post detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria for LinkedIn;
Engage candidates through telephone calls, SMS, InMails and direct emails;
Create a meaningful candidate experience, so that candidates apply for future opportunities;
Qualify candidates via phone screening to ascertain suitability for open roles and add them to talent pool folders;
Promote roles to candidates on the phone and gain their interest to proceed;
Maintain and develop ongoing talent acquisition reports and drive toward meeting/exceeding on performance metrics.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across a variety of sources from multiple channels and top-up talent pool folders in JobAdder with updated, qualified candidates;
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization;
Continually work on improving the current processes in order to continue scaling the company for growth.
Requirements
At least 3+ years working as a recruiter in technology and or/software engineering recruitment experience;
Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates;
Excellent telephone communications skills and ability to build rapport and demonstrate credibility quickly;
Track record of successful placements in international hiring (APAC, US, EMEA);
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible in a fast paced environment;
Driven, self motivated personality type;
Australian Experience - highly regarded
Excellent tools and systems - JobAdder, LinkedIn, Sales tools, personal LinkedIn, Job slot, Lusha, Hinterview.
