Responsibilities:
Utilizing sourcing strategies for talent acquisition for sales and non-sales roles
Identifying strong and applicable talent for all positions' pipeline from different channels and proactively working towards meeting strict timelines
Initial screening of candidates and in-depth behaviour and competency interviewing
Supporting HR Manager in all new recruitment initiatives and projects
Work Remotely: Yes
Hours: 51.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM GST Sundays to Thursdays / 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST Sundays to Thursdays and 9:00 AM to 1:00 pm GST Saturdays
Skills and Background:
3 years in screening and interviewing
Flexible attitude, growth mindset, able to work under pressure and changing business requirements
Attentive to details, self-organized, inviting feedback
Technical requirements:
Laptop or Desktop with Camera (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk)
Noise Cancelling Headset (USB based headset)
Internet speed - Download speed of 15Mbps and more; ping below 5
