JOB OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Specialist will do end-to-end quality recruitment to help our team scale faster. ⠀⠀⠀
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs the initial and 2nd level behavioral interviews, endorsement of candidates for final interviews up to pre-employment requirements.
Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
Conducts resume screening and exam facilitation as needed.
Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Recommend ideas and strategies to improve recruitment programs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 1 year Recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
Must have experience reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Has good interview skills.
Experienced in using Microsoft Office products. (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
