About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will assess client and headcount resources and reallocated to create efficiencies and promote staff development.
You will manage a group of individuals/teams from Operations Analysts to Managers.
You will utilize root cause and other applicable analyses to identify operational issues and inefficiencies. Collaborated with departments and/or Citco offices to address such.
You will negotiate and monitor Service Level Agreements with other Citco departments.
You will monitor clients for potential fraudulent activity and escalate appropriately within Citco.
You will develop people leaders; monitor succession planning pipeline and moved resources in collaboration with other VPs to allow for appropriate staffing levels and development opportunities.
You will deliver performance reviews by completing written comments for final appraisals as well as balanced constructive feedback regarding strengths and development areas.
You will interview and hire up to Supervisor-level employees. Provided objective, written candidate feedback to VP and Human Resources.
You will implement department-wide training and development initiatives in collaboration with the appropriate internal Citco departments.
You will liaise with developers to implement enhancements within accounting systems - risk mitigation controls and efficiencies, which resulted in HC reduction across organization.
You will implement controls to drive compliance across the entire department.
You will coordinate with VPs across multiple departments to set timelines and expectations to ensure successful new client launch.
You will collaborate with counterparts in various global locations to update best practices for the Reconciliations function as a whole.
You will develop appropriate coverage plans and communicate to clients in BCP situations.
You will participate in or led projects at a local or global level.
