About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
Focuses primarily on the daily reconciliation of all Citco clients trading activity across all financial products
Focuses primary function is to accurately complete daily reconciliations in line with Service Level Agreements
Responded independently and professionally to queries directly from other departments within Citco.
Researched and resolved complex instrument specific and system related issues impacting daily delivery.
Produced high quality and detailed final product to internal groups. Met tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment while remaining focused and calm.
Utilized instrument specific knowledge to identify and resolve issues and discrepancies for internal escalation and reporting.
Consistently met Service Level Agreements and identified potential breaches.
Support migration of existing clients from local Citco offices into Manila.
Learn the workflow of financial instruments in relation to the balance sheet.
Complete classroom training on the different financial instruments.
Build on theoretical knowledge of financial instruments to understand how major prime brokerage firms such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley deal with events in the market.
Worked with teammates to accomplish common goals such as meeting Service Level Agreements and reporting requirements across multiple clients.
Train new employees on processes and daily and monthly requirements.
Complete fund or team-related project work in addition to core deliverables.
Need to learn the purpose of controls checks and ran macros to capture and escalate issues.
Identify process improvements to reduce risk.
Identify and escalate non-standard tasks to Supervisor and Manager.
Adapt to a dynamic environment, and applied knowledge in new situations such as team allocation and system changes.
