Role Overview:
Reconciliation & settlement
Fees tracking & management
Key Responsibilities, Deliverables:
Contact 3rd parties for reports and aligning net positions at the end of the day, contact treasury operations for settlement
Ensure sufficient balance in pre-funded accounts
Manage fees that UD owes to 3rd parties e.g. transaction fees, monthly fees
Accurately completing daily reconciliations in line with Service Level Agreements
Consistently meet Service Level Agreements and identify potential breaches
Train new employees on processes and daily and monthly requirements
Bachelor's degree
Basic knowledge in Financial instruments
Knowledge of tools, processes and controls procedures
Fresh Graduates
Technical Competencies:
Analytical skills and advanced excel to analyze data
Good with time management
Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
