Pink Parlour SG is hiring for Reconciliation Administrative Assistant to General Manager will help to oversees the processes and operations for a large area or group of departments within an organization. Typically, you will assist the general managers of directing an entire organization's employees in addition to local managers and their staff. These professionals develop policies and procedures, maintain company budgets and collaborate with lower-level management to efficiently lead and evaluate staff performance and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager (GM) in day-to-day operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Maintain records, documents, and databases related to financial transactions and reconciliations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the GM.
Facilitate communication between the GM and other departments, stakeholders, and external parties.
Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support the GM in decision-making processes.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the GM.
Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role is required. Experience in a similar position, such as supporting a senior-level executive or handling financial reconciliation, is highly desirable.
Financial Reconciliation Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems, procedures, and tools is important. Experience in reconciling financial data and identifying discrepancies is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in reconciliation processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with the GM, other team members, and stakeholders. Clear and concise communication is important for facilitating effective decision-making and maintaining communication channels.
Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze data, identify patterns or discrepancies, and provide insights is important in supporting the GM in decision-making processes.
