WITH ATLEAST 2 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE AS RECEPTIONIST
PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION, AND UNDERSTNDING ENGLISH
Greet visitors and direct them to the right team or employee they wish to meet. Receive calls, and record messages for any employee. Direct inquiries to the right team or employee. Maintain visitor logs, including details about the person they visit
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Sorting and distributing mail. Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team. Provide excellent customer service. Scheduling appointments.
Additional Information:
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
