Job Description
To serve as the clinic's frontline workers.
Answering phone calls and text messages from patients for scheduling and queries to serve as the clinic's frontline workers.
To ensure that patients are comfortable while waiting and to inform them about the waiting time and the expected time for the physicians to attend to them for consultation or treatment.
In charge of maintaining and updating the patient database
To gather information from patients and perform an initial interview about their wants and problems before sending them to the physicians present.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any course, preferably Medical courses or Business and customer Management
2 years experience in Frontdesk
Pleasant and presentable personality
Excellent Communication Skills
Microsoft Office Skills
Outstanding Guest service
Willing to assign in Katipunan, Quezon City
