Receives and dispatches correspondences, packages, and other written memorandum to respective department and/or person
Greets and directs visitors to respective department and/or person
Takes note of arriving and departing visitors, officers, and co employees
Disseminates urgent and impromptu announcements/messages using the P/A system
In-charge of front desk message bulletin
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Graduate of any 4-year business course
Must have at least 1 year experience in operating key telephone system
Must be proficient in both oral and written communication
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
