Panagora Group seeks a Receptionist for our existing contracts with USAID/Philippines, Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Health (CLAimHealth) and Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Development (CLAimDev). Both activities co-locate on the 11th floor, Ramon Magsaysay Center in Quintos Street, Malate, Manila, Philippines. This is a full-time project-funded position located in Manila, Philippines, beginning January 2021.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greets and receives office visitors
Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls
Receives, sorts, and distributes postal mail and deliveries to the CLAimHealth and CLAimDev administrative assistants
Assists the CLAimHealth and CLAimDev administrative assistants in arranging staff travel and accommodation, and preparing vouchers
Assists the CLAimHealth and CLAimDev administrative assistants in providing other logistics support services during meetings and conferences
Assists the administrative assistants in other clerical duties
Requirements
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Computer-literate, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
College graduate; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Reporting
The Receptionist will report to the Finance and Administration Managers of CLAimHealth and CLAimDev.
