Job Descriptions
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Legal Management/Political Science/Office Management/Public Administration and equivalent
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as Executive Assistant/Receptionist
High proficiency in MS Office and other equivalent softwares -With strong analytical and data entry skills
Systems development and finance experience
Must possess confidentially, independence and professional competence -Pro-active
Keen to details and a fast learner
High customer service knowledge.
Ability to track and maintain records
Experience:
