Job Summary:
-Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
-Provides secretarial/administrative support to nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization
-Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
-Maintains files and other records related to job assignment
-Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams
Accountabilities:
-Handle the receipt of all deliveries, verification and processing of vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Collate, organize, file and monitor official documents
Mail and package Management
Domestic and International shipment
Shuttle and Driver Management
Car sticker application and allocation
Handle admin service tools
-Asset Inventory Management
Check asset information accuracy with the actual and company system
Manage inventory count and stock replenishment for office supplies
-Office Supplies Management
Manage allocation of related consumables per division
-Monitor and file request for payment accordingly
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, any course
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in assets
Administrative work experience in an advantage
Good oral and written communications skills
MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) Proficiency
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Demonstrate strong attention to details
Excellent time management skills
