Record, monitor, and analyze all SP Luzon receivables related transaction
Monitor, examine, and analyze aging of receivables for Spare Parts
Ensure that sales, credit and collection policies and procedures are properly observed and implemented
Review and analyze overdue accounts to prevent accumulation of uncollected accounts
Coordinate and discuss with sales coordinators all problematic accounts
Check and verify dealers credit status prior to approval of customer parts orders (CPO)
In-charge of mailing for SP Luzon dealers billing statements twice a month
Prepare and submit to immediate superior all SP receivable related transactions and reports
Handle computation of dealers incentives, PPR and others
Identify all collections deposited by dealers to KMPC accounts
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
