Real-Time Analyst for a rapidly expanding Shopify-affiliated outsourcing company in Australia

About the Role
For various programs, the Real-Time Analyst is in charge of managing and ensuring service level agreements are met. You will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure that the daily attendance schedule adherence of staff is monitored and reported on in real-time, resulting in optimal service levels and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Adequately updating information related to labour laws, shift types, and other considerations required to appropriately perform scheduling tasks.
Monitors attendance to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Constant interaction with stakeholders, reporting work performance, including but not limited to staffing compliance and outages.
Recognise and communicate challenges and areas of improvement during, and after scheduling cycles; providing solutions to meet staffing expectations at the interval level.
Administers volume contingency action plans as deemed necessary and appropriate.
Runs and analyses report with the result of making recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals
Facilitates real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders.
Completes root-cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast variance
Ensures that all reports originating from the department are accurate and reliable.
Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
About You
You should be a highly motivated, driven, confident, detail-oriented, and passionate Real-Time Analyst with previous experience working in an outsourcing company or a similar setting. If you are an expert in reporting, forecasting, and data analysis, you will be successful in this position.

Position Prerequisites
You should have at least a year of experience working experience as a Real-Time Analyst.
You should know workforce management tools like Time Doctor.
You should be a report and data, analysis expert.
You should have advanced Excel skills (LOOKUP, INDEX, IFS, pivot tables, MATCH, table arrays, macros)
You should have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Experience in client report and data analysis support would be highly advantageous.
Experience working with internal/ external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
Know-how in managing real-time adherence in different lines of business in a multiskill environment simultaneously
