OA is experienced in designing, implementing, and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati & Davao, Philippine operations centers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead initiatives in developing a business continuity plan (BCP).
- Identify potential risks, gather information on all possible solutions and come up with recommendations.
- Provide documentation and reports on Contingency Planning.
- Performs real-time monitoring.
- Develops and executes real-time strategies to enhance program efficiencies, adherence, and productivity.
- Coordinates with clients regarding real-time condition.
- Takes the lead in coordinating with the key stakeholders in deciding on real-time action plans
- Ensures that Service Goals are met by monitoring, coordinating, and adjusting staffing in a proactive and timely manner.
- Tracks agents' attendance.
- Monitors, track and report CSR schedule adherence and offline activities
- Able to implement workforce management policies and procedures.
- Updates and keeps track of the operation's production data.
- Creates End of Day and Adhocs Reports
- Represents Workforce Management in any WFM-related client conferences
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree specialization in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or any related field or experiences is highly valued and preferred
- Willing to work in a shifting basis and able to start ASAP
- Problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional English interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and able to quickly adapt to changes effectively
