Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and grow a team of real estate virtual assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
Develop and implement effective and standard systems for recruiting, training, supporting and processes to optimize team performance and efficiency.
Develop a wide range of training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other resources, to support the learning and development of our VAs.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions to equip VAs with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in real estate-related tasks, including transaction coordination.
Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in REVA development.
Conducts scheduled performance and competency evaluation.
Establish and monitor KPIs for REVA.
Required Qualifications:
Must have previous working experience with MyOutDesk (MOD) or similar service.
At least 4 years total experience as REVA and transaction coordinator.
With a proven track record of managing and growing teams.
Strong knowledge of real estate virtual assistance industry practices and processes, particularly in areas such as transaction coordination, listing management, and client communication.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Demonstrated ability to build and implement effective systems and training programs.
A passion for continuous learning, growth, and innovation.
Compensation:
Health care plans are available immediately
Hybrid working location
10 days paid time off immediately
15 days paid time off at one year, 20 days paid time off at year two
