Job Description:
 
What you need to succeed:
Must have meaningful experience in REAL ESTATE marketing and sales, particularly residential projects of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS;
Licensed Real Estate Brokers who have handled various function in marketing and sales for real estate developers will be prioritized; 
Must have the drive, ability, and experience to hit Reservations and Sales quotas of high-end residential projects. Knowledge in implementing comprehensive marketing plans and monitoring sales performance are essential;
Must have direct experience and familiarity in handling, organizing, and facilitating the needs and activities of marketing teams, or a network of independent and in-house property agents/ salespersons/ brokers/ brokerages. Must be a well-networked individual able to organize, develop, activate, train, and expand sales networks engaged in real estate marketing; 
Must possess the qualities of an effective marketing and sales professional; must be extremely outgoing and goal-oriented, must be a multi-tasker, and must have an exceptionally pleasing and cooperative personality. Must have excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and organizational skills. Must be very eager to engage directly with clients regularly, and orient and train real estate agents and salespersons on a regular basis, whether one-on-one or as a group; 
Must have the ability to execute marketing strategies and activities targeting selected market segments. Those who are already deeply familiar with the local real estate industry in Davao City are preferred;
Must have superior written and verbal communication skills. Must be an excellent and inspiring presenter and trainer;
Must be adept in all Microsoft Office applications;
Must be able to immediately assume the role and contribute to the objectives of the Company with minimal training
Responsibilities Will Include:
Depending on the actual experience, previous role/s handled, certification/s, and credentials of the hired applicant, he or she will be assigned as a broker coordinator and to various marketing and sales supervisorial functions for the low-, mid- and high-end residential subdivision projects, with a focus on high-end, projects of the Company. KPI will be the volume of sales targets achieved within set periods
Compensation and Benefits:
 
Initial salary range of 25,000-50,000, depending on actual experience upon hiring, with periodic salary increases depending on fit and performance 14th month pay, performance-based incentives and bonuses, mid-year bonuses, paid leaves, medical insurance (Maxicare) upon regularization, and other benefits will be given.
