As a Real Estate Appraisal Officer your primary responsibilities include.
Conduct property appraisals for clients to determine the fair market value of residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties utilizing the Philippine Valuation Standards.
Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports with detailed property descriptions, valuation methodologies, and market analysis.
Provide expert advice on property investments, risks, and trends to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of appraisals, property databases, and market research.
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, taxation, and appraisal methodologies in the Philippines.
Conduct thorough marketresearch to identifycurrent trends, opportunities, and risks in the commercial real estate sector.
You will work with internalteams to collectthe necessary data needed for analysis.
You must maintaina regularly updatedproperty database throughfieldwork, Client calls/visits, desktop research, etc.
When preparing publications and market studies, you will analyze property and rental market trends, absorption rates, and competitive landscapes through dashboards and visualizations to communicate research findings.
Create and produceeconomic reports on the local and regionalstatistical areas, about employment data, population growth, and other metrics that affect the country's economy and commercial real estate market.
In working closely with the team leader, you will help understand the Client's specific research needs, respond to client inquiries, and provide expert guidance on market trends. Your researchfindings will be published in periodic reportsreleased by PRIME Philippines Research.
