The Role
As an RCU Analyst, you are responsible for preparing timely and accurate internal reports (RMG, Treasury, Fincon) and performing static data set up in the Guava system. You will assist the RCU/MIS/Recon/Automation Head in implementing controls for Treasury. Also, performs assigned compliance functions as the designated Auxiliary Compliance Officer - Maker for TROPS.
How you will contribute
Accurate preparation and timely submission of Cancelled and Backdated Deals Reports - Weekly (TREASURY).
Files incident report/incident escalation report (through e-source or via email).
Checks Trader's EOD position screenshot sent thru email daily.
Encodes Client Securities Account Number (ROSS / NROSS account) in Guava.
Encodes Client's Deal Settlement Account (USD/PHP) in Guava.
Perform Static Data build-up in Bloomberg TOMS (i.e. client, security, portfolio, etc.).
Reports weekly TS Monitoring, Client, and Security Item count.
Approve Credit Limit Breach in Guava accordingly.
Updates accordingly the uploader templates/list being used in generating EOD Rates
Checks the accuracy of FX and Securities rates for uploading/loaded to Guava System (End of day Process).
Gathers supporting documents used in checking the FX and Securities rates daily.
Updates the Daily TPR rate in Guava.
Downloading of BSP statement of account using Philpass Participant Browser
Acts as a backup in the preparation of Schedule of Reserve Position
Check Rate Reasonability Report for FX transactions - Daily (RISK/TREASURE

Bachelor's Degree in any Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Clerical/Administrative
Result-oriented and team player
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties
Must have good oral and written communication skills
