Description
TASKS:
1. Performs good quality radiograph procedures in accordance with the Quality Procedures of the X-ray Unit.
2. Coordinates with the Chief X-Ray Technologist on all matters concerning X-Ray results.
3. Responsible for the preparation of the X-Ray Examinations of the customers.
4. Performs related technical and clerical functions in the X-Ray Station.
5. Responsible for schedulling and giving proper instructions to the customers before undergoing the procedure.
6. Maintains and updates work instructions and objectives compliant to the certifying body.
7. Safekeeping inventory, cost-cutting, and maintenance of the company's Equipment, materials, and supplies provided to the position.
8. Strict implementation of the company's 5S system of housekeeping standards.
9. Observance of established company protocols on customer, colleagues and superior interaction.
10. Adherance and loyalty to company's Quality Policy, Objectives, Mission and Vision.
11. Compliance to company's Company Manual, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.
12. Completion, Safekeeping, and maintenance of all records and documents designated to the position as stipulated in the List of Records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technologist
2. Graduate of Associate in Radiologic Technology with a valid PRC License.
3. Valid PRC License.
