Role/Department Description:
Responsibilities:
80% Collect, analyze and process financial market data from various data sources and into the database utilized by the team. Ensure the integrity of the company's financial market information Complete, timely and accurate database. Accurate and reliable data for the client.
10% Audit Resolutions/fix and recommendations for market specific guidelines. Audit resolution sign off Creation and refinement of market specific guides. Accurate and reliable data for the client
5% Mentor new/trainee RAs New hire oreintation
5% Handling Queries Improved Quality
In addition to the responsibilities of an RA, the SRA has the following responsibilities:
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Provide technical and policy guidance to teammates according to policy documentation and best practice
Manage Ad-hoc projects and co-ordinate with Team Leaders for closure
Seen as the expert within the team and assists Team Leaders when required
Organizes and delivers technical/content coaching sessions within team
Provides floor support and identifies/reports on the discrepancies in methodologies followed by team
Acts as mentor and resource to new hires
Responsible for the timely, accurate and complete resolution of internal and external data queries within his/her team
Maintains accurate records of work done by self and team members
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business Management/ Finance/Accounting /Economics or equivalent
Be able to effectively understand the content/market (s) handled
Computer Literacy Effectively use the database and software for collection and processing of content/data
Numerical skills To ensure understanding of the financial data to be collected and/or processed
Analytical skills and detail orientation To ensure accuracy of data
Knowledge of financial markets and accountancy (as needed) To ensure effective understanding of assigned content/market
