Position: Quote Coordinator & Construction Project Manager
Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays 8am - 5pm Eastern Time
Work Hours (MNL): Mondays to Fridays 9PM to 6AM PHT
Pay Range: Upto - $2000/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzing blueprints to estimate landscaping and construction projects accurately.
Seeking team approval before proceeding.
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to budgets.
Generating comprehensive reports.
Project estimation to maintain organizational efficiency.
Proficiency in construction principles is essential for this role.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience
Above average to excellent; minor accent is acceptable
Tools: Builder Trends (big plus) or any other project management tools, Outlook, Slack, Office 365, Vector Works (big plus)
Great communicator, experience with construction, reads prints, great if they know how to use Vector Works
