Job Description:
Responsible for preparing quantity take-offs and conducting cost estimate analysis using unit price analysis methods.
Responsible for organizing documents and assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents related to quantity surveying works.
Assist in preparing the evaluation of monthly progress billing statements submitted by contractors/suppliers, including valuation by PM/CM.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
At least two (2) years working experience relevant to the job.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Technical skills and the ability to use design and quantity surveying software.
Problem solving skills and creative thinking
Attention to detail
